In it is the germ of immortality, that instinct which recoils from the presence of death and prophesies of eternal being beyond the change of form.”

2. John 12:
   44. Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
   45. And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me.
   46. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

   “The Light is in every normal human creature, but it abides in darkness and will continue to abide there until, by accepting the Divine Law and following its dictates, the Light is brought into manifestation and the darkness is dispelled. To believe in, is to live; to live is to become; and he who, by LIVING, brings the Light into being, no longer is in darkness. The Light comes to (is) IN every man, but the man, being blind to Spiritual realities, seeth it not and continues to live in darkness.”
